Prof.Dr. Witold Pedrycz

Witold Pedrycz (IEEE Life Fellow, 2021) is Professor and Canada Research Chair (CRC) in Computational Intelligence in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada. He is also with the Systems Research Institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Warsaw, Poland. He is a foreign member of the Polish Academy of Sciences and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada. He received a prestigious Norbert Wiener award from the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society. He is a recipient of the IEEE Canada Computer Engineering Medal, a Cajastur Prize for Soft Computing from the European Centre for Soft Computing, a Killam Prize, a Fuzzy Pioneer Award from the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society, and 2019 Meritorious Service Award from the IEEE Systems Man and Cybernetics Society.

Prof. Mohammad S. Obaidat

Professor Mohammad S. Obaidat is an internationally known academic/researcher/scientist/ scholar. He received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from The Ohio State University, Columbus, USA. He has received extensive research funding and published To Date (2023) over One Thousand (1,200) refereed technical articles-About half of them are journal articles, over 100 books, and over 70 Book Chapters. He is Editor-in-Chief of 3 scholarly journals and an editor of many other international journals.  He is the Editor-in Chief of the Wiley International Journal of Communication Systems and Founding Editor-in Chief of Wiley Security and Privacy Journal. He is also the founding Advisory Editor of the Cybersecurity and Applications Journal, KeAi.

Moreover, he is founder or co-founder of 5 IEEE International Conferences. Among his previous positions are Advisor to the President of Philadelphia University for Research, Development and Information Technology, President and Chair of Board of Directors of the Society for Molding and Simulation International(SCS), Senior Vice President of SCS, SCS VP for Membership and SCS VP for Conferences, Dean of the College of Engineering at Prince Sultan University, Founding Dean of the College of Computing and Informatics at The University of Sharjah, Chair and tenured Professor at the Department of Computer and Information Science and Director of the MS Graduate Program in Data Analytics at Fordham university, Chair and tenured Professor of the Department of Computer Science and Director of the Graduate Program at Monmouth University, Chair and Professor of Computer Science Department at University of Texas-Permian Basin, Distinguished Professor at IIT-Dhanbad, Tenured Full Professor at King Abdullah II School of Information Technology (KASIT), University of Jordan, The PR of China Ministry of Education Distinguished Overseas Professor at the University of Science and Technology Beijing, China and an Honorary Distinguished Professor at the Amity University- A Global University. He has chaired numerous (Over 185) international conferences and has given numerous (Over 185) keynote speeches worldwide. He has served as ABET/CSAB evaluator and on IEEE CS Fellow Evaluation Committee. He has served as IEEE CS Distinguished Speaker/Lecturer and an ACM Distinguished Lecturer. Since 2004 has been serving as an SCS Distinguished Lecturer. He received many best paper awards for his papers including ones from IEEE ICC, IEEE Globecom, AICSA, CITS, SPECTS, DCNET, IEEE ICCCA, International conferences. He also received Best Paper awards from IEEE Systems Journal in 2018 and in 2019 (2 Best Paper Awards). In 2020, he received 4 best paper awards from IEEE Systems Journal and also in 2021 received the best paper award from IEEE Systems Journal.

During his tenure as Founding Dean of College of computing and Informatics at University of Sharjah, the Computer Sciences program has been ranked by Times for Higher Education (THE) as NUMBER 1 in UAE and for the first time in the history of the University.

He also received many other worldwide awards for his technical contributions including: The 2018 IEEE ComSoc-Technical Committee on Communications Software 2018 Technical Achievement Award for contribution to Cybersecurity, Wireless Networks Computer Networks and Modeling and Simulation, SCS prestigious McLeod Founder's Award , Presidential Service Award, SCS Hall of Fame –Lifetime Achievement Award for his technical contribution to modeling and simulation and for his outstanding visionary leadership and dedication to increasing the effectiveness and broadening the applications of modeling and simulation worldwide. He also received the SCS Outstanding Service Award. He was awarded the IEEE CITS Hall of Fame Distinguished and Eminent Award.

He also received the Nokia Distinguished Fellowship Award and Fulbright Distinguished Scholar Award, among others. He is on the World's Top Career-long top 2% Scientists as per Stanford University recent list.

Prof. Dr. Xilong Qu
Changsha Normal University, China

Prof. Xilong Qu is the dean of School of Information Science and Engineering, Changsha Normal University. he is also the master degree student advisor for both Xiangtan University and Hunan Institute of Engineering. Prof. Xilong Qu received his Ph.D on Southwest Jiaotong University, he finished his post-doctor study in Post-doctoral Research Center of Computer Science and Technology, South China University of Technology. Prof. Xilong Qu is the young core teacher of Hunan and a member of “121” talents program of Hunan. Prof.Xilong Qu joined 4 projects from the National High Technology Research and Development Program of China (863 Program) and the National Natural Science Foundation of China, also he led the National Natural Science Foundation of Hunan, the Research Foundation of Education Bureau of Hunan Province, China and the National Science Foundation for Post-doctoral Scientists of China for 3, 1 and 1 times respectively. Prof. Xilong Qu published 4 books 35 articles (5 articles are indexed by SCI and the rest are indexed by EI). Prof. Xilong Qu is also invited for chairs and keynote speakers of numerous conferences and forums in China.

Prof.Dr.Mufti Mahmud
Nottingham Trent University, UK

Dr. Mufti Mahmud is a Senior Lecturer of Computer Science at the Nottingham Trent University, UK with a PhD degree in Information Engineering (with a specialisation in Bioengineering) from the University of Padova – Italy, in 2011. A recipient of the prestigious Marie-Curie postdoc fellowship, he has served various positions in the industry and academia in India, Bangladesh, Italy, Belgium, and the UK in the last 17 years.

Dr. Mahmud has a vision towards leaving behind a healthy, secure, smart, and better world to live in. Combining computational intelligence and big data technologies, Dr Mahmud's research aims to convert the ever-expanding amount of raw data to smart data to be able to build predictive, secure and adaptive systems aiming personalized services towards improving quality of life. Dr Mahmud aims to develop secure and intelligent tools to advance healthcare access in low-resource settings.

Dr. Mahmud serves as Vice Chair of the Intelligent System Application Technical Committee of IEEE Computational Intelligence Society, Member of the IEEE CIS Task Force on Intelligence Systems for Health, Co-Chair of the IEEE P2733 Standard on Intelligent systems design, with AI/ML, Member of the IEEE R8 Humanitarian Activities Subcommittee, Project Liaison Officer of the IEEE UK and Ireland Special Interest Group on Humanitarian Technology, and Publication Chair of the IEEE UK and Ireland Industry Applications chapter.

Dr. Mahmud is also actively involved in dissemination activities through the organisation of workshops, conferences, and specialised short duration schools (e.g., Local organising chair of IEEE-WCCI2020; General Chair of BI2020 and BI2021; and Program Chair of IEEE-CICARE2020 and CICARE2021).

Prof. Dr. Jianqi Li

Li Jianqi, Ph.D., Professor, Director of Hunan Provincial Key Laboratory for Control Technology of Distributed Electric Propulsion Aircraft, Vice Chairman of the Hunan Instrument and Control Society, he mainly engaged in the teaching and research of computer control and detection technology.He is amaster student tutor at Hunan University and Xiangtan University, expert from Changde City Major Administrative Decision-making Advisory Committee. He has presided two National Natural Science Foundation project and two provincial self-finance fund projects,he published more than 50 academic papers, including 30 articles in SCI/EI , 5 invention patents, 8 utility model patents, and 15 software copyrights.

Dr. Muhammad Bilal
Harbin Engineering University , China

Dr. Muhammad Bilal received his Bachelor of Science, Master in Engineering, and Doctor of Engineering in Telecommunication Engineering from FAST- National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, Hamdard University, and Harbin Engineering University, China respectively. Currently, he is serving as a Post-Doctoral Research fellow at the College of Underwater Acoustic Engineering at Harbin Engineering University, China. He has worked for twelve years in one of the largest research and development organizations Center of Excellence of Science and Technologies, Pakistan. His research interests include underwater communication and networking and the detection and classification of marine mammal sounds. He has published more than 20 papers in high-quality journals and conferences. He is an active reviewer of Nature Scientific Reports, Earth Science, IEEE Journal of Ocean Engineering, IEEE Access, MDPI JMSE, etc.

Prof.Shengqing Li
Hunan University of Information Technology, China

Professor Shengqing Li received his Ph.D. in Electrical Theories and New Technologies from Hunan University in 2005. He is currently a Professor at Hunan University of Information Technology and the Director of Hunan Engineering Research Center for Intelligent Control Technology of Photovoltaic Microgrid. He is also an Executive Member of IEEE PES, a member of China Electrotechnical Society and China Power Quality Specialized Committee of China Power Supply Society. Prof. Li has recently been the Principal Investigator of 5 projects funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Key Research and Development Program of China and the National Innovation Foundation for Science and Technology Enterprises of China. He is also the Principal Investigator of more than 20 provincial and ministerial projects. Prof. Li has been the author of 6 monographs and textbooks. He has also published more than 100 papers in international journals, among them over 60 SCI/EI-indexed. Prof. Li is the holders of 32 granted patents and is the owner of 10 software copyrights.

Prof. Dr.Jinhui Zeng
Hunan University of Technology, China

Prof. Jinhui Zeng is the associate dean of College of Electrical and Information Engineering, Hunan University of Technology, a master's Supervisor. He gets both his doctor degree and master degree in Hunan University. He is the Executive Director of Hunan Electrotechnical Society and holds more than 10 research projects funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China, Ministry of Education Cooperative Education Project, Natural Science Foundation of Hunan Province and so on. He hold numerous patents and copyrights during participating in the research projects like China Railway Construction Corporation and has academic cooperation with some senior conferences and forums which proceedings are published by Springer Elsevier and IEEE, he publishes more than 20 articles in journals and most of them are SCI or EI-indexed, his research interests include Power Electronics Converter, Power quality control, Inductive Filtering Technology in Multi-infeed HVDC Transmission System.
